Relação treonina: lisina em rações para poedeiras leves no período de produção

Abstract

Dois experimentos foram conduzidos no setor de Avicultura do Departamento de Zootecnia, da Universidade Federal de Viçosa, objetivando-se determinar a relação treonina digestível:lisina digestível para poedeiras leves nos períodos de 24 a 40 e de 42 a 58 semanas de idade. Foram utilizadas 216 poedeiras Hy-Line W36 em um delineamento em blocos casualizados com seis tratamentos, seis blocos e seis aves por unidade experimental, em cada experimento. Os tratamentos consistiram em uma ração basal, com 14,2% de proteína bruta, deficiente em treonina digestível (0,475%) e com relação treonina:lisina de 65%, suplementada com 0,038; 0,076; 0,114; 0,152; 0,190; 0,228% de L-treonina (98%), considerando a digestibilidade da treonina de 98,1%, de forma a proporcionar 0,475; 0,511; 0,548; 0,584; 0,621; 0,657% de treonina digestível nas rações. As relações treonina:lisina em cada tratamento foi de 65; 70; 75; 80; 85 e 90%. Foi avaliado o consumo de ração (g/ave/dia), a produção de ovos (%), o peso médio dos ovos (g), a massa de ovos (g/ave/dia), os componentes dos ovos (porcentagem e peso de casca, albúmen e gema) e peso corporal das aves. No primeiro experimento (24 a 40 semanas de idade) houve efeito linear negativo dos níveis de treonina digestível sobre o peso médio dos ovos, para esta variável a exigência detreonina digestível é o menor nível utilizado (0,475%). A exigência de treonina digestível estimada para postura, conversão alimentar/ dúzia de ovos e conversão alimentar/ massa de ovos, utilizando modelo quadrático, foi de 0,570 (o que corresponde a relação treonina: lisina de 78%), 0,567 (treonina:lisina de 77,6%) e 0,547 (treonina : lisina de 75%), respectivamente. Para as demais variáveis não foi observado efeito significativo. A partir das variáveis estudadas é possível concluir que a exigência de treonina digestível para poedeiras leves com 24 a 40 semanas de idade é de 0,570%, correspondendo a relação treonina: lisina de 78%. No segundo experimento (42 a 52 semanas) não foi observado efeito dos níveis de treonina digestível sobre as variáveis estudadas. Portanto, a exigência de treonina digestível para poedeiras leves no período de 42 a 58 semanas de idade é de 0, 475%, correspondendo a relação treonina: lisina de 65%.

Two experiments were conducted at the section of Aviculture of the Animal Science Department of the Universidade Federal de Viçosa, to determine the relationship for digestible threonine and lysine for light-weight laying hens, during a period of 24 to 40 and from 42 to 58 weeks of age. 216 Hy-Line W36 light-weight laying hens were used. The test was arranged in blocks completely randomized with six treatments, six blocks and six hens per experimental unit, in each experiment. The treatments consisted of a basal diet, with 14,2% of crude protein, deficient in digestible threonine (0,475%) with a threonine: lysine relationship of 65%, supplemented with 0,038; 0,076; 0,114; 0,152; 0,190 and 0,228% of L-threonine (98%), considering the digestibility of the threonine in 98,1%, in way to provide 0,475; 0,511; 0,548; 0,584; 0,621 and 0,657% of digestible threonine in the diets. The threonine:lysine relationships in each treatment was of 65; 70; 75; 80; 85 and 90%. The following parameters were evaluated: feed intake (g/hen/day), egg production (%), medium egg weight (g), egg mass yield (g/hen/day), egg components (% of peel, albumen and yolk indices) and final weight gain (g). The first experiment (24 to 40 weeks of age) had a negative lineal effect for the levels of digestible threonine on the medium weight of the eggs, for this variable the demand of digestible threonine is the smallest level used (0,475%). The demand of digestible threonine for posture, (feed conversion / dozen of eggs) and (feed conversion / eggs mass yield), using quadratic model, was of 0,570 (corresponding with a treonine: lysine relationship of 78%); 0,567 (threonine: lysine of 77,6%) and 0,547 (threonine: lysine of 75%), respectively. For the other variables there was no-significant effect observed. Concluding the variables studied the demand of digestible threonine for light-weight laying hens with 24 to 40 weeks of age is of 0,570%, corresponding the threonine: lysine relationship of 78%. In the second experiment (42 to 52 weeks) there was a non-effect for the levels of digestible threonine observed, on the studied variables. Therefore, the demand of digestible threonine for viii light-weight laying hens in the period from 42 to 58 weeks of age is of 0, 475%, corresponding with a threonine: lysine relationship of 65%.
