A rede de enfrentamento da violência contra mulheres no município de Ponte Nova/MG e os desdobramentos de ações para mulheres rurais: o ônibus lilás em perspectiva

Abstract

Esta pesquisa desenvolve uma reflexão em torno do trabalho realizado em rede no município de Ponte Nova/MG, no que se refere ao enfrentamento da violência contra mulheres, principalmente mulheres rurais, realizado pelas instituições formais de atendimento e encaminhamento a mulheres em situação de vulnerabilidade. Inicialmente o foco foi compreender se por meio do trabalho realizado pelos profissionais do município que compõe esse grupo, bem como por meio de medidas voltadas para o enfrentamento da violência no município, as mulheres que residem no campo, eram também comtempladas. Durante o processo de desenvolvimento do trabalho, mais do que averiguar as ações que se destinam para uma mudança nas condições de vida das mulheres rurais, identificou-se de forma primordial a implantação da Unidade Móvel de Enfrentamento da Violência contra as Mulheres. A presença no município do também conhecido ônibus lilás, fez com que se voltasse o olhar para o mesmo de forma mais pertinente, justamente por ser a operacionalização deste, reflexo de política que busque driblar a distância geográfica enfrentada ate as instituições pelas mulheres rurais. O ônibus que foi disponibilizado pelo governo federal, está presente no município desde o ano de 2015, sendo implementado nos anos de 2016 e 2017. A ideia do ônibus é que se realize um trabalho para levar informação, atendimento e encaminhamento itinerante de acordo com a necessidade identificada pelo município nas regiões que o compõe. Para tanto se realizou entrevistas semiestruturadas com profissionais que compõe as instituições da rede, revisão bibliográfica sobre a temática, uma maior convivência com os profissionais que atuavam de forma mais frequente nas viagens realizadas pelo ônibus, análise de todos os relatórios da Unidade Móvel de atendimento dos anos de 2016 e 2017, bem como acesso a algumas atas relacionadas à questão do enfrentamento da violência contra as mulheres rurais no município. Dessa maneira apresentamos a realidade do município frente à implementação do ônibus, suas características, desenvolvimento das atividades concernentes às viagens realizadas pelo ônibus, quem é o publico alvo, quem são os responsáveis pelo bom funcionamento da Unidade Móvel, que tipo de informação é levada, no intuito de entender melhor as atividades do mesmo, principalmente por ser este uma operacionalização recente.

This research develops a reflection about the work carried out in a network in the municipality of Ponte Nova / MG, regarding the confrontation of violence against women, mainly rural women, carried out by the formal institutions of care and referral to women in situations of vulnerability . Initially the focus was to understand if, through the work carried out by the professionals of the municipality that compose this group, as well as through measures aimed at coping with violence in the municipality, the women who live in the countryside were also contemplated. During the process of development of the work, rather than ascertaining the actions that are intended to change the living conditions of rural women, the implementation of the Mobile Unit to Combat Violence Against Women was identified in a primordial way. The presence in the municipality of the well-known lilac bus made it possible to look at it in a more pertinent way, precisely because it is the operationalization of this, a reflection of a policy that seeks to circumvent the geographic distance faced by rural women. The bus that was made available by the federal government, has been present in the municipality since 2015, and is implemented in 2016 and 2017. The idea of the bus is to carry out work to bring information, service and itinerant routing according to the need identified by the municipality in the regions that compose it. For that, we conducted semi-structured interviews with professionals that make up the network's institutions, a bibliographical review on the subject, a greater coexistence with the professionals who worked more frequently in the trips made by the bus, analysis of all the reports of the Mobile Unit of attendance of the years of 2016 and 2017, as well as open interviews that took place during the interactions in the research space. In this way we present the reality of the municipality in front of the implementation of the bus, its characteristics, development of the activities related to the trips made by the bus, who is the target public, who are responsible for the proper functioning of the bus, what kind of information is taken for the purpose to understand better the activities of the same, mainly because this is a recent operation.
